These terms and conditions shall apply to the contest which is known by the name “Complan Genius Quiz” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) run by Zydus Wellness Limited. (“Zydus”); This contest is game of skill and not game of chance or lottery.
Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary. The Participants are requested to read the terms and conditions carefully.
Participation in itself will be considered as unconditional acceptance to the terms and conditions of the Contest by the Participant
The Contest is open exclusively only to the residents of India 14 years or below. Participants under the age of 14 are advised to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants shall not be assisted by their parent to answer in the Quiz.
The partner agencies engaged by ZYDUS in relation to the Contest hereinafter shall be referred to as “Partner Agency”. The said Contest is not open to employees of Zydus or its Partner Agency or any of their family members. Any such entry received shall be disqualified.
Entries for the Contest will be accepted as per below details only: a. Participants on complan website (https://www.complan.in/smart-quiz-2/) have to enter their details in the entry form and answer all the questions for the contest and submit their final answers. Participants by virtue of participant and accepting the terms and conditions mentioned, hereby give consent to use, store, process their personal information for the consumer research and marketing as may be required by Zydus for the limited period of 24 months (“Term”). This personal information shall be deleted after the expiry of the Term.
The Contest shall start from 19th November 2023, and shall end on 18th December 2023, both days inclusive. ZYDUS will announce the name of the winners on or before 31st December 2023
The decision of ZYDUS in selecting the participants and winners will be final and binding
The Participants hereby authorize ZYDUS and/or its Partner Agency to contact him/her through the contact number, email ,address and/or their social media profile that is shared by the Participant on the brand’s social media handles mentioned above;
Only winner Participant will be contacted to inform them about the selection and winning. Therefore, in case any participant is not contacted, it shall be deemed to mean that such participant has not been chosen through the selection process and criteria
ZYDUS shall be giving away certain gifts / rewards to the winners of the Contest and such gifts/rewards are neither transferable nor upgradeable or can be varied and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made;
In the event the winner does not claim the gift/reward within 5 days from the date of contacting and in the manner stipulated or the information submitted by the Participant is incorrect and cannot be contacted, the gift / reward shall be forfeited. Zydus may select a new Participant as a winner if there are existing eligible entries;
The selected winners shall be communicated through mail/phone number/courier on the address as confirmed by the participant. ZYDUS and / or its Partner Agency will not be responsible for miscommunication of the communication details.
The maximum number of winners would be 29, wherein 3 lucky winners would be awarded with a Samsung Tab and the rest 26 will be awarded with Amazon Vouchers worth Rs. 2,000!
The organizers of the contest reserve the right to select a winner randomly in case of ties in scores achieved in the quiz
ZYDUS or its Partner Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the reward/cancellation of the reward due to any act of god, governmental action and any other force majeure event which is beyond the control of ZYDUS and/or its Partner Agency and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses, or otherwise, for any delay;
ZYDUS and/or its Partner Agency shall be at liberty to use the personal information, photographs, voice, motion pictures, recipe details of the Participants for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in future, without any consideration to the Participant and the participant shall have no objection and or claim against the same;
All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional materials, the content, Contest and / or responses received as a part of the Contest shall vest solely and exclusively with ZYDUS in perpetuity in the whole wide world;
All the materials used or forming part of the Contest, including but not limited to, content of the entries, photographs, motion pictures, audio, electronic or visual form, that of participants / winners shall automatically get assigned to ZYDUS and become exclusive property of ZYDUS. Intellectual property rights in all such materials shall belong to ZYDUS. ZYDUS shall be entitled to use the materials in any manner as it deems fit
By entering the contest, you agree and consent to allow the contest organizers to use your personal details, names and quiz responses for promotional purposes.
Any information collected from participants will be processed as per our Privacy Policy
The contest organizers reserve the right to amend or modify the rules and terms at any time. Please review these terms regularly.
The contest organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website outages, that may affect the submission in the contest.
Any material/ contents downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is done at your own discretion and risk.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zydus Wellness and its Affiliated Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, providers, representatives and licensors from against all claims, losses, costs and expenses including without limitation lawyer’s fees and cost arising out of any of the following:
Any use of or activities in connection with the Site by yourself or anyone using the Site through your Internet protocol or account or network which are wrongful conduct and /or negligent.
Any claims for infringement of intellectual property rights, defamation, libel relating to any Material /Content that you make available /send to the Site, that infringes or violates intellectual property rights.
Any breach or violation of these Terms of Use by you or through any account you create in connection with the Site
Any other matter regarding this Site and your use of it.
Zydus Wellness reserves the right, as and when it considers appropriate and at its sole discretion, to alter, change, make corrections, modify, add or remove any portion of this Terms of Use at any time and without notice.
The terms and conditions of the Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India
All disputes related to the Contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts located at Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India
